Awign is a PAN India outsourcing solution, driving business development and research of growing businesses through a unique concept of ‘Crowdsourcing in Outsourcing’ which leverages the huge student community of UG/PG programs in India.

• Go through exhaustive training on the SOPs and FAQs shared by the Deshpande Foundations team.
• Go to the assigned Government or Public schools to survey students for 10 days.(Grade 1,2,3 students)
• The executive would have to carry a tab and complete assessment of the students, the average time spent per student is 1-1.5 Hours.
• Collect the tab post completion of the training at Hubli.
• The executive has to travel around 20-25km inside the city, if required outside the city also.
• Upload relevant details on the Awign application.
• Inform the Project Manager after submitting the details.
   

• Industry-trusted experience certificate on successful completion of the work.
• Job-specific training before starting.

• Minimum 20 years of age as per government records
• Graduates and postgraduates
• Have a two-wheeler and a valid government approved driving license
• Have an android phone  
• Fluent in English and Kannada
• Good communication skills to interact with Students
